Our pot cover called “Heat Keeper” is canvas made by 100% organic cotton. With surprising heat retention properties, it is a new kitchen item to expand the possibility of Vermicular cuisine.

A nice design to enjoy in both your kitchen and dining room

It looks so good on a dining table, that even people reluctant to such pot covers will love this one!

With outstanding heat retention properties, it drastically shortens actual cooking time.

With excellent heat retention properties able to maintain 100℃(212℉) water to 78℃(172℉) after 3 hours, cooking time for stews can be reduced to one third. (cooking time depends on the kind of dish)

Professional taste at home

Roast beef or "mi-cuit" salmon require special techniques and exact heat settings. The Heat Keeper easily enables to bring such professional taste to home cooking. Well simmered stews and steaming dishes will also be way better than they used to.

Enclosed recipe book

To make the most of your Heat Keeper, a recipe book (English) containing 20 recipes is enclosed. Follow the instructions to master its techniques.

Pinch the Heat Keeper’s buttoned handles to make it slim and convenient to store. By the way, these handles allow to carry it while a pot is inside.

100% Organic Cotton Canvas

It is carefully weaved by Japanese craftsmen, using threads of organic cotton grown without chemical pesticide and fertilizer.
