Aichi Dobby Ltd.（hereinafter called “AD”）, works to strictly secure Customer’s Personal Information collected during manufacturing and/or distribution of the “VERMICULAR” cast iron pot brand, and guarantees to treat this Personal Information with great care, as defined in the below articles.

１．Collect, use and disclose of Personal Information
AD collects Personal Information only to achieve specific and limited purpose in a legal field and shall not make use of it for unintended purpose. Also, specific measures are taken to avoid use of Personal Information for unintended purpose.
The intended purpose as specified by AD is explained under the below “About the use of Personal Information” section. Also, AD will not disclose the collected Personal Information to third parties without Customer’s prior consent, except when required by law.
Moreover, AD requires its executive staff and any employee to act in accordance with our company’s inner rules about the use and protection of Personal Information.

While complying with Japanese law, guidelines and standards regarding the use of Personal Information, AD also stipulated inner rules to protect Personal Information, and works to provide appropriate protection for your Personal Information.

５．Continuous improvement of management system for protection of Personal Information
To protect and use Personal Information in an appropriate way, AD set, operates and maintains a “management system for protection of Personal Information”*. In case of major modification of AD’s Personal Information protection policy, a notice will be posted on this website.

a- Use of information of subscribers to AD’ service
・ For identity check, billing, and to perform any other service provided by AD.
・ For contact via e-mail or postal mail, to conduct a survey or to send a prize.
b- Use of other Personal Information
・ For improvement of AD’ service or promotion of a new service.
・ To respond inquiries and requests.
・ To examine profiles of Users applying for a position in our company.
・ For any purpose the User previously agreed to.

Furthermore, Personal Information may be used in other particular case (for example specific survey).
Moreover, Customer’s phone call may be recorded for quality assurance and service improvement.

AD may modify or update this Privacy Policy from time to time, so please review it periodically. We may provide you additional forms of notice of modifications or updates as appropriate under the circumstances. Your continued use of this website or the AD'service after any modification to this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such modification.

To provide Customers with a better service, AD may transmit Personal Information to third party service providers. In such case, AD first makes sure these third party service providers meet high standards of Personal Information protection, and then does enter into a contract for protection of Personal Information with them, and continually controls and supervises them.

（１） Customer’s rights regarding Personal Information
When, regarding the purpose of use of its Personal Information, a User requests a notification or disclosure, the review, suspension of use, total deletion or suspension of disclosure to third party of that information（hereinafter called “disclosure and so on”）, AD faithfully acts consequently, in compliance with law. Please send your requests to our Personal Information Counter.

（３） Procedure
For disclosure and so on of Personal Information, the User or its Proxy should provide a document to confirm its identity.

（４） Commission
The following commission will be charged for any request of “Notification of purpose of use of Personal Information transmitted to third parties” or “Disclosure of Personal Information transmitted to third parties”.

VI． Choices for transmitting your Personal Information
It is up to you to decide what Personal Information to transmit to AD. However, be aware we may not be able to provide our service when necessary Personal Information is missing.

VII． Use of cookies
AD uses cookies on its websites (the technology of cookies allows to identity your computer from your web browser when visiting our sites). The purpose of cookies is to recognize Users to make our websites easier to use with settings meeting their needs.
